Refurbishment of a tired 1970's rear extension to a 1870's terrace house.
The house was stripped out to a shell.
The internal walls, floor joists and roof were removed. These were replaced with new.
Room positions and functions were altered to suit the client's needs.
The re designed interiors included:2 bathrooms, cloak room, dressing room, living room,
study. Bespoke joinery, bespoke kitchen with Corian worktops and upstands,
new 'combi' boiler with pressurised hot and cold water supply.
The house was re plumbed and re wired
